Website Privacy Policy
This notice applies to the Symphonics marketing website, its enquiry forms and recruitment features. It does not replace the separate Syntria Platform Privacy Policy. Visiting this website or submitting a form is not consent to advertising tracking.
1. Who we are
Symphonics AI Pty Ltd (ABN 28 695 129 849) (“Symphonics”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, email support@symphonics.ai.
2. Information handled through this website
- Enquiries: the name, email address, optional company and message you provide so we can respond.
- Recruitment: contact details, CV, cover letter and other information you choose to provide when applying for a role.
- Technical information: IP address, browser or device information and request/security logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
- Site analytics: when enabled by the website owner, the hosting provider’s cookie-free analytics uses visitor and network information to report visits, pages, referrers and site interactions. Custom interaction events do not intentionally include form contents or contact details.
- Optional advertising: if you accept advertising tracking, Google Ads and Meta may receive cookie or device identifiers, IP address, browser information and page visits and associate those signals with information they already hold.
The platform’s “non-PII” audience-intelligence description is not a claim that this marketing website collects no personal information. Please do not send sensitive information or consumer audience lists through website forms.
3. Purposes and lawful grounds
We use enquiry and application information to handle your request, assess applications, communicate with you, protect our services and meet applicable legal obligations. Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, processing may rely on steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in handling business communications, recruitment and security (subject to your rights), or legal obligations. Optional advertising tracking relies on your consent. Any separate marketing-email subscription requires its own permission where required by law; submitting an enquiry is not such permission.
4. Cookies, local storage and your choices
Advertising tags are blocked by default and load only after an explicit acceptance on the production marketing website. You can reject them without losing access, or withdraw permission using “Privacy choices”. Your choice and its timestamp are stored locally on your browser for up to 180 days; material notice changes require a fresh choice. We treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of advertising tracking. Read the Cookie Policy for categories, providers and storage details.
Withdrawal stops future advertising-tag loading and attempts to remove accessible first-party advertising cookies. It does not recall data already received by providers or remove cookies on their domains. Browser settings and the providers’ privacy tools offer additional controls.
5. Separate hosting-provider analytics
The hosting provider’s platform-managed analytics is separate from advertising consent and is not switched off by “Reject advertising”. It does not use analytics cookies, but cookie-free does not necessarily mean consent-free in every jurisdiction. Its automatic pageviews are controlled through the website owner’s publishing settings, not this consent panel. Contact support@symphonics.ai for information about the current hosting provider, applicable privacy terms and processing arrangements.
Pre-publication review: disable hosting-provider analytics in publishing settings and republish for a strict opt-in configuration unless qualified review confirms a suitable lawful basis and any applicable storage/access exemption. No claim is made here that the current analytics configuration meets every jurisdiction’s requirements.
6. Recipients and international processing
Information may be handled by our authorised team and suppliers that provide hosting, database storage and email delivery. The current implementation uses a managed hosting provider and MailerSend or Resend for email delivery. Contact support@symphonics.ai for current hosting-provider and processing information. Google and Meta receive advertising signals only where you permit the tags. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or to protect legal rights.
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, appropriate cross-border safeguards must be put in place. Contact us for information about relevant recipients, locations and safeguards. The Syntria platform’s hosting, DPA and security descriptions should not be assumed to describe this website’s separate infrastructure.
We do not sell enquiry or application information. Consented advertising signals are disclosed to advertising providers and may constitute “sharing” for targeted advertising under applicable US privacy laws. Those disclosures are optional; refusal and Global Privacy Control block our advertising tags.
7. Retention and security
We retain enquiries, recruitment records and associated correspondence only for the purposes described and any applicable legal, security or record-keeping needs, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask about the retention period applicable to your information. Website consent storage lasts up to 180 days; advertising-provider storage and retention depend on their technology and policies. Provider retention schedules and internal deletion practices must be confirmed during legal review.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website or transmission is completely secure. This notice does not promise the Syntria platform’s certifications, encryption details or deletion deadlines for website records.
8. Your rights and complaints
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email support@symphonics.ai; we may need proportionate information to verify your request. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.
You may complain to us or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your local supervisory authority, including the UK ICO or relevant EU authority. We will not restrict website access merely because you decline advertising.
9. Other websites and changes
External links, including Syntria, LinkedIn and vendor sites, lead to services with their own policies. This website is directed to business users and is not intended for children. We will identify material changes in this notice and request fresh advertising consent where appropriate. Continued browsing alone is not consent to a new tracking purpose.
